Scene 2 · Christian Meets Lignière

Summary

Christian arrives at the theatre with Lignière and learns that Roxane is beautiful, intelligent and connected to Cyrano. When he sees her beside De Guiche, Christian decides to confront Valvert, while rumours spread that Cyrano may disrupt the performance.
