Books are digital products made available immediately after purchase. If access does not work as described, contact us promptly so we can investigate and restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, including whether the product has a major problem or was not provided with due care and skill.

Include the email used for the purchase, the book title, purchase date, and a short description of the issue when contacting support. Stripe payment disputes should be raised with us first where possible so we can help quickly.
